You always remember your first

I have already embarrassed myself enough today. I got the idea of setting up a blob from the mother of my assistant and said what the hell. I did a radio show here in Dallas, TX for three years and had enough to say, so why not a blog? My blog will be simple. To educate Hispanics to the fact that we are at heart conservatives. That we have been Borg-like too long, listening and begging those on the left for a chance at the great American dream. Morally and politically we have to embrace Conservative values and reject the socialist ideas that are developing in our countries. So AGACHATE and be ready to take it. Cause the Rican is coming with the truth.

  1. What troubles me the most is that politicians assume that minorities will, in fact, behave "borg-like." In fact, I think they encourage it to make their jobs easier.

For example, the phrase "Let's do "X" to get the women's vote." As if all women vote the same, as if they share one brain and all think and act the same way. (Now, I know many men already think this, but they are, as usual, wrong.)

Women might or might not like something, they decide as individuals. They are not obligated to like Judge Sotomayor because she is a woman; each woman gets to decide for herself if she is qualified based on her judicial history and abilities. (As women, we want to be recognized for our abilities, not just our gender!)

It's the same for any ethnic minority. Although it would make politics easier for the politicians, and although it would not make life any better for us. But they try and try to make us believe it--gee, if I'm a woman, then I must think a female appointment to the Supreme Court is a good idea.

    I'm tired of it.
