The dream that is a third party.

As I have become more mature in my thinking and reasoning, I have become more tolerant of certain behaviors and customs. I look at the things that I have done and experienced in my short forty three years and have calmed down in my fervor for what I thought was right and just. I still have beliefs that are clearly black and white and do feel I will never compromise or change. I am pro-life, but not like you would assume pro-lifers. I do not back gay marriage, but for a completely different reason than religious, it's more Nietzschen than that. Though I can be seen clearly politically as a conservative I know it's time for another political path. Many would think I should just join the Libertarian party but remember as a Realist I believe in preemptive war. The Libertarian party would have me sign that away and I will not.

Decades and decades millions have thought about and formulated the idea of a third party, yet since Perot no one has come close. The Tea party has made some political dents, yet they act only as endorsers not a platform building group. There is the Green Party, the Socialist, I could go on and on. Where is the party for those who just want the government to act as tool and not a machine. I want boring, stay out of my way and others lives kind of government. I will send you a little money every paycheck to fix my roads and run the military, other than that go home. Rick Perry had a great idea. Did I just say that?! Yes, Rick Perry had a great idea, politicians should be part time and serve occasionally through term limits. Maybe that should be the name of the new party, the "Part Time Party".

I think and hope that in my lifetime it will happen. That a new party emerges that wants government to small and stay away from social issues. Leave those to the states to handle. A party that ask those we appoint to work in our communities and not D.C.. One can only dream.

The dream that still is America.

There are people all over the world that are betting against the American experiment. The first one that comes to mind is billionaire George Soros. This individual pours millions of dollars into hundreds of organizations who's sole purpose is fundamentally changing the American way of government and life. Groups who scan the media to harness data to attack Libertarian and Conservative ideals. To demonize those that are different or think differently. Groups that target individuals for ridicule and at time physical danger. I have yet to find individuals like Soros on the right, who so hate the opposition that they are willing to really KILL their political adversaries. What makes us so dangerous to them? It all goes back  the core foundation of Realism, freedom.

I considered those of the left misguided and misinformed. That if they were able to experience other socialist countries as I have they would change. A few events in the past few years have caused me to consider these people dangerous and subversive bordering on treason against America. The first was the election of our current president. If there were ever a Manchurian candidate our president fits the bill. That through the network of the Marxist college professors the young Barry was setup and shaped by them and his family to accept these ideologies and to work to put them into practice. How little was this person vetted by us. These machine which wants to make us more like Europe struck at the perfect time of American weakness. When we were to desperate and afraid and hungry to care. Our lack of preparation for these type are economic calamities made us an easy target, so we should blame ourselves.

The next was the occupy movement. Though I didn't  live during  those times, I imagine the hippie movement of the 60's beginning much the same way. The movement was about freedom and liberty and ended showing its true colors of Communism and a hate of the US government. Though I have my dislikes of our current system, change needs to be won through the rule of law. These occupiers want anarchy and chaos and see no use for order. Realism opposes this through the respect for the individuals right to express himself without imposing his will on others. The occupiers hurt businesses, murdered 6, harbored rapist and pedophiles and child abusers in the name of the 99%. People like Obama and Pelosi jumped on the bandwagon. These people bite the hand that feeds them. They are an out of control fire that had to be extinguished.

Why do they hate America so much? Have we not given enough blood and bounty to the world? Every day do we not add to what is good in the world? We are the last true bastion of freedom on this planet. No other nation affords it's citizens the latitude to invent, create, and excel. The conspiracies abound as to how they are trying to bring our Democracy down. No one person on the left has been bold enough to be honest and answer why they must destroy the dream that is America.
