Benghazi Redux

Numerous sources are now relating that there was sufficient suspicious activity to at least take a second look at the older Boston marathon bomber. The FBI testified to congress that they had several warnings about the bombers activities in Russia last year from Russian intelligence. Two list that are used to track suspected terrorist had the bombers name on it. The bomber had been posting online and being kicked out of mosque for espousing his beliefs to those congregations. So how did we miss him? Simply, the administration's policies have made it taboo to profile anyone in the Islamic community in America. We profile serial killers, burglars, pedophiles. Yet the small portion of the Muslim community that wants to attack us we cast a blind eye and call it hate.

Yesterday a congressman pointed out that in Obama's presidency, there have been five bombers that have reached their intended targets. Most had poorly constructed IED's that did not detonate. A couple were caught in the act and been given inert devices by law enforcement. The fact still remains that even under this presidents goodwill tour of the middle east and his attempt to hug the Arab community, whole Arabic governments want us dead. I heard a regional expert on Chechnya right after the bombing throw a whole new angle on the radical Islamist hate of us in the region. Now it's not what we are doing in the region through oir military forces or policies. Now it's what we are not doing for the region and it's people that are causing the Muslims in the region to radicalize. Damned if you do damn if you don't.

What we will be seeing the weeks to come will be eerily similar to the attack on our embassy in Benghazi. We have already seen that three days after the attack left wing pundits and the vice president were outright saying the bombers acted along with no outside influence, a story quickly falling apart. Then the administration will blame some type of economic issue on the Republican party and the sequester. A few weeks after this there will be no overseas followup, the trail will grow cold and John Kerry will say that what happened in Boston doesn't matter now mimicking his predecessor Hillary Clinton.

A posteriori

There will be a treasure of intelligence since law enforcement has caught one of the Boston marathon bombers alive. I find it to be very unusual since the Obama administration has kill instead of capture policy for enemy combatants. The only reason the terrorist is probably alive is that it was here the USA being captured live on television and in full view of the public. Imagine if this would have happened in or around Pakistan, this young man would have been at the receiving end of a Hellfire missle and on his way to meet Allah.

Senator Diane Feinstein had a Freudian slip and stated she wished the bomber would be treated as an enemy combatant last week. Which I agree with her 100%.  Unfortunately the Senator was forced to walk back her comments by some unknown touchy feely left winger. These men received training, intelligence and assistance from foreign forces for many years. This act was not a plot that was formulated here in the states but somewhere near Chechnya. The evidence points to Islamist who have proliferated the region to set up a separate Islamic state from Russia. Since this event was initiated outside of our country I believe we have the right to classify it under the war against Islamic radicals we have been waging since 9/11.

I am already hearing some Libertarian voices speaking against the suspension of his Miranda rights with the public safety exemption. Then I am seeing Memes with former president George Bush amd Dick Cheney that say, "You get the board, I'll get the water". I understand my Libertarian friends despise war and anything that has to do with it.

Our way, Realism, understands that there are people and cultures who want to destroy our way of life and that any chance we have to protect it we will use any means necessary. Does a realistic government have  limits and boundaries? The boundaries are set by each individual or by individual groups acting in cooperation. A prime directive of Realism dictates that the cooperative can act against an individual with it's full might when the individual acts to infringe on each individuals free will or freedom. Once you commit and act like this you forfeit your own rights under the system until you cease the action or make amends to restore others rights.

With that said I will cheap in a few bucks for a charter plain for the bomber to Guantanamo since there's a sequester.

We forgot

We blinked yesterday. I am not blaming anyone as much as saying we forgot. We forgot that evil is patient and never forgets. Evil will wait and wait while good trys to continue with life and living. Whoever the persons who committed these acts of war, they were willing to wait until we relaxed. To the victims in Boston,  I grieve for you. To the people who responded, your great patriots and people. The evil I speak of that has come to our land has now decided to adapt and seek victory on a smaller scale. Targeting the specific events that make us the special country that we are. News outlets are reporting that no one has an idea who attacked us. Some are saying the devices were similar to what is being deployed in Afghanistan. Some are suggesting home grown terrorism. No matter who they committed an act of war and should be treated as an enemy combatant and shipped to an undisclosed foreign location for a rendition session.

I find it said that one of the presidents advisor David Axelrod decided to blame the right immediately. Barney Frank and Micheal Moore piled on quickly. What is it about the left that makes them so quickly go to use the event to attack their political advisory? Pause people, think, wait if even a few days to go for politics. Even a member of congress today, Steny Hoyer blamed the sequester. Madness. I have my suspicions, howeved I will let a little more of thr evidence come out before I comment. Right now we must be unified in our resolve to hunt down and destroy the cowards who killed our fellow Americans.

What this should do is to remind us to always be a bit on edge. That all of us should start to try to develop that sense of impending danger. Where you notice things that just don't fit or look right. Silly but when you pull up to your convenience store, take a look inside before going in. Never sit with your back to a business door. Walk and act confident and aggressive when your out on the streets. Carry a weapon legally whenever possible. Always be vigilant and a bit paranoid, this isn't 1950's America anymore. Become a hard target in your neighborhood by gettting to know your neighbors and whos supposed to be around. Remember 9/11, remember OKC, remember Boston.

The most prolific serial killer of our time Dr. Kermit B. Gosnell

I just downloaded the grand jury report for the now infamous abortion doctor Kermit Gosnell. The report is over two hundred and eighty pages. As a retired Dallas police officer I have seen my life's share of horrors. I have seen human beings in ways the mind cannot really contemplate or conceive. As of this writing I have only read the first twelve pages of this Philadelphia doctor's grand jury report,  and I can barely finish my coffee. If all of the case files were available. The doctor, his wife and employees would be classified as some of the most prolific serial killers of our time. The estimated figures are staggering. Though the doctor is accused of killing two adult females and eight children born alive, the DA estimates that he may have killed hundreds of babies.

No matter what side of the abortion issue you are on, there is not question as to the unspeakable crimes committed by this subhuman.

The doctor had an assembly line system to his abortion practice and profited greatly from it. The older the fetus was beyond the legal twenty-four weeks the more money the doctor would charge. The doctor would drug up the women,  causing them to go into labor. To quote the report,"The problem with inducing labor is that you get babies, live babies". For the doctor this was no ethical problem. The doctor created a term for this dilemma it was called," ensuring  fetal demise". These babies were so advanced that the doctor is quoted as saying," That boy is so big, he could walk me to the bus stop".

This wasn't all, the clinic itself was a house of horror, with babies in jars and remains everywhere. The DA report says many knew of what this madman was doing but turned a blind eye. That blind eye right now is being used by the mainstream media where nothing but silence exist for this case. This morning after last weeks outcry by others like myself posting facts about the case on social media, outlets like Time, CNN and others are posting articles on when they ran insignificant  stories two years to cover their asses with the public. As in Russia abortion has become birth control here in the states. Life is now seen as profit and death much more so.
Here is the grand jury report. Please a warning, this is not for the faint at heart.

Cowering to the minority

Now I know Ricantotheright© is not a martial arts or sports blog, but I have to write about an incident in the MMA world that has me scratching my head. A talented fighter by the name of Matt Mitrione was suspended indefinitely by the UFC for making some very negative comments concerning a man who turned himself into a women who now wants to fight women. No this is not a belated April fools joke. Now I just want to say that the way Matt dressed down this man was a bit excessive. Matt could have  voiced his disagreement with what this fighter was doing in a more tactful way, but remember we are talking about a fighter not a Harvard law professor. The reason I want to take on this subject is due to the free speech issue that is clearly being trampled for political correctness sake. I hate, hate, hate political correctness. I believe it is one of the weakening factors of our way of life in the last twenty years.

A friend of mine pointed out that in professional sports contracts that there is a current trend to place these morality clauses into the agreement. If there was a clause of this type in Matt's contract than he or his agent are at fault for not fully understanding what they were signing. Now I can understand that professional sports have a brand image to protect, however, how many of us care what the guy entertaining us on the weekend has to say about anything? Why should a company be allowed to take away your constitutionally guarantee rights with the stroke of a pen? Which is stronger the Constitution or a contract, which should be? If you hang on the words of your favorite athletes your a fool. Pro sports figures have no place being held up as role models or heros. A cop, a fireman, your dad, those are the people we should be encouraging our young people to emulate and even those within reason.

In a society where Realism has been instituted this situation would have never occured. Both fighters would have their says and the league would state that their speech is protected by the constitution and that they are independent contractors who do not necessarily represent the opinions of the league. If an LGBT person is offended don't watch. How weak and small minded of a people we are becoming that we can't even take criticism or confrontation. We need to defend holsum speech and offensive speech. Once we begin to control one or the other we will lose both.

This is getting old

I was going to originally write about the great Margaret Thatcher and how she brought England from the brink of ruin. We could use a leader like that today, a leader who is willing to call Socialism the evil that it is out. What. Changed my mind was how tired I felt this morning after a very challenging workout last night. As you all know I train in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. One of the more difficult opponent for a pure BJJ artist is the wrestler. The wrestler has the ability to constantly put pressure on you. No room to reposition, always moving and replacing his weight on you to exhaust you. They rarely tire and their grip strength is like no other competitor. Mentally and physically it is draining. Though the wrestler may not have a multitude of moves to finish you, they can suck your will to keep going and you get caught by mistake in their one submission. Thank goodness my opponent last night was very inexperienced in Jiu-Jitsu, but I was ready to give up a few times.

I have become tired of writing in the same way. I have been so burnt out by the constant national and international dramas over the last five years. The country has gone day after day, month after month, year after year, suffering traumatic event after event. Think about it, since late 2008 have we had even a chance to breathe and enjoy our lives to the fullest. Our houses are under valued or foreclosed on. Our neighbors have moved back with other family to consolidate and cloister. The nation has made political mistake after political mistake on a national and a global level. Our money is nearly worthless. Our rights are being eroded away by herd mentality and socialist infiltration. Just the natural disasters alone have been ones for the record books. Experiencing some of those situations myself plus covering them for the blog can lay a bit of a burden.

I imagine there are millions of Americans with a thousand yard stare. Many millions going through a type of social combat, the likes that have not been seen since the depression. Our current administration offers little more than a handout rather than way out. The current political model is one akin to fishing or hunting, stalk your prey until it's tired and reel it in or kill it. Even supporters are becoming fatigued. The hope and change they expected nevef really came, the poor are poorer and the rich have found a way to keep what they have. The sheer weight of the fundamental changes instituted are serving to wear on our psyche. The Saul Alinsky disciples have created the perfect storm of pressure to get many of us even the most hardened Republican to compromise or even quit. I wrote about how bad I felt is was going to get last year. I never imagined that it would actually come true and be worse than I expected. I see no real end in sight, I am finally noticing pockets of resistance since the Rand Paul filibuster. I will press on as long as I can to continue to tell you to push for Realistic freedom, but these times here in the states are really getting old.

The conspiracy

I am definitely a conspiracy theorist. I may not go to the illuminati controlling the world length, but I do believe that at our core we possess an evil nature. Mankind has been able to do unspeakable horrors to one another in the name of this or that. I do not think that it is stretch to think that at the root of large governments lies the potential for a man or men to want to yield power over those under his governance. The absolute power corrupts absolutely idea is real and we have seen it over and over again in our lifetimes. Even in our system we have seen a well intentioned elected official enter promising reform then exiting in a scandal or wealthier than when  he went in.

I have been arguing lately with two young men I repect a great deal who happen to be Muslim. I spoke out on a case in Florida where a mother burned her daughter for not accepting an arraigned marriage. I eventually blamed the mothers behavior on the cultural and religious permissiveness of violence towards women. Yet all I posted was ,"really Islam", as a subject line. The conspiracy lies in this, that for years I have been posting comments and stories from several sources even pictures of the atrocities committed to women in Islamic states yet never a peep from anyone until I make a general statement against the whole. Why are Americans who pracitice Islam so afraid to confront their own? Sometimes the silence is deafening. Conflict after conflict around the world with or against an Islamist movement and we cheer them on to be free just to see them turn into a religiously run dictatorship but our citizens here don't speak up or out either out of fear or hope the same may occur here.

Now that's one. Another of my hairbrain ideas is that our current government is purposely trying to weaken us as a democracy to turn us into a European type socialist conglomerate. No way right! Right? What could possible make me think this?

War is natural.

We are the one species who is constantly struggling to control the amount or the ferocity of the wars we wage. I never thought about it this way until just this morning. Over the weekend the North Korean rhetoric escalted to declaring war on the south, bringing me some thoughts of being recalled back into service. I am somewhat long in the tooth for recall but I did think what if. I think of other species, from higher mammals to insects they all wage war when they need to. To defend the pride or the nest or mound. Different species even battle to takeover areas where resources are plentiful enough to supply the needs of the group.

I am not defending what the North Koreans are doing, but what do a people who are basically cannibals do? Just like a newborn who crys when it's hungry every three hours, this is the Norths hunger cry. Imagine looking at images of affluence and excess everyday while your children slowly starve to death. Yes it is their own governments fault for getting its population to this point, but when was the last time you saw a people like this rise up and defeat their rulers on their own? Please don't say Lybia, you all know we were already there. Egypt, please those countries were nowhere near the level of oppression these poor souls on the peninsula are. I would have no apprehension in waging war against North Korea to finally give those people a taste of freedom and most importantly food.

We hold back what in my opinion is perfectly natural for the human species to do. To fight and free the oppressed and the weak unlike lower lifeforms that do the exact opposite. If we would just allow ourselves to use our instinct on occasion rather than our intellect, we would find ourselves being pushed around alot less and others would feel safer around us. These decades of political correctness have made so much of our population soft. I respect a person much more when they tell me how they feel about me rather than pretend to be polite.
