The beginning of the end of the beginning of the end

In my lifetime I have survived, the cold war, Y2K, the Nostradamus Quatrains, numerous wars and now the Mayan apocalypse. I think it's safe to see we are all here and the universe continues on. We must have some gene that programs us to wish or hope or want the end of us all to come. Not me though. I want to see humanity continue to progress and possibly change to beings of thought and intellect. A Star Trek type world where we seek to better ourselves through positive endeavours for humanity than selfish gain. No hunger, no poverty, and disease has been virtually eliminated. There is only one thing that is prevented that from happening, humans. We are still as much animal in our fallen state, than a being created to converse with God. No one ever will be able to erase the anger and the greed that swim inside one veins. So I predict that we will constantly or until the second coming, will fight, kill, steal, lie, and cheat from each other.

So thousands maybe millions worldwide waited and even prayed for the end to come. What do they feel like now that the sun is shinning and everyday life never stopped? Could people actually feel a sense of disappointment that they are alive? I have only heard of that phenomenon in much older adults. Many years ago my great grandmother in her late nineties broke her hip. The family decided to get her a helper and a special bed so she could stay home and be less active. The family legend is that she told everyone, " No I am done, I will just go home and pass on". Sure enough the next day she was gone, of her own will. Could there be a point in our lives that we just live too long? Could the vampire legends be a warning of what immortality without purity could be like? Can life really tire us out to the point we pray for death?

Even as a lousy Christian I believe in the scripture that says, no one knows the day or the hour only the father. If you know anything about the Christian belief of the end times they are not not even the end of the world. The world survives repaired after some serious calamities and then a thousand year peaceful reign of the messiah. There is no end of the world as much an extreme makeover Earth addition. When it happens it happens I say. Live your life to the fullest. Achieve, invent, love, laugh oh laugh alot. Being human right now is all we have.

The police state cometh

The first thing I noticed when I pulled up to my sons school this morning was the local police department squad car in the parking lot. Though many districts in my state have their own small police force, our school district may have schools in multiple cities. For security I won't tell you their routine but they were there. I remember the times I was assigned to "sit" on an area because of some threat or intelligence. Throughout the year there were days where we were advised to watch our schools and our government buildings a little more closely. First, it was the anniversary of the Oklahoma bombings. Second, the government killing the Branch Davidians. Thirdly on September 11th. Now it seems that this is going to be a daily occurrence to see more and more law enforcement activities in our daily lives. Fear is causing us to give up and give in more and more of our freedoms for the comfort of a nanny state. The creep started twenty years ago. As the Columbines and the Virginia Techs became more common place the simple answer by our elected leaders was more laws, more surveillance, more cameras, less liberty.

So what's the answer? The answer is not looking at every situation as an opportunity to restrict the movements and daily activities of the law abiding. The answer is to look at the situations individually and see how society failed to pick up the cues of why the person wanted to kill. As I discussed on Monday's blog, the young mad man that committed the atrocities at Sandy Hook had numerous contacts with those that could have prevented this. Who failed to see the hints? Hell, what are the hints that would signal the potential violent lashing out by these individuals. Am I the only one that sees that these boys and men have a common agitator? They have been outcast either by their own doing or by the communities doing. They mostly all felt that there was not need for them in our world. They had no stake in what was going on around them. They immersed themselves in role playing and online and video games. They slowly dehumanised themselves so they saw others the same way they saw themselves. So one of the answers would be to seek out these "Lost Boys" and reengage them into the world of the living.

Back to the issue of the police state. Police officers are a paramilitary force. We have a chain of command and rank structures. We tend to be given and follow orders. We are rarely asked to interpret the law instead enforce it in a black and white manner. The key to the police state is that your police officers must follow orders blindly and without question. I can say this from  experience, there are very few men and women on any police department that I know that will take anyone's civil liberties away for some arbitrary reason. Just because the motherland deems it essential to impose a rule I always had it at my discretion whether to enforce it. Most of the men and women on police departments right now would have to be fired and replaced by some brainwashed scabs to bring about some of the Orwellian enforcement that folks on the internet are speaking about. I don't want you to think this won't happen. It will! Just not yet. I am not sure of the time but there will be a moment that we here in America grant a few the abilities to take away a citizens freedom without Habeus Corpus, oh wait that's in the Patriot Act and some new Obama executive orders.

Who are we really angry at?

I worked dozens of crime scenes in my eleven year career as a Dallas police officer. I responded numerous times just as people were breathing their last breath. I have every deceased persons image in my head and I can go through them in chronological order. I could go back to every one of them and if I could draw express in exact detail everything as it was. Death burns a permanent place of the event into my mind. One of the crimes I never, ever had to be at was the murder of a child let alone twenty. Those images were one of the causes of my retirement from law enforcement, I pray that the departments working that nightmare have the programs and staff to be able to debrief and counsel those first responders. This is a war scene scenario. The kind that soldiers come home with seriously life hindering cases of Post Traumatic Stress Disorder or shell shock as they called it back in the day. To those men and women I ask we send up our prayers because their lives have been changed forever.

A sick young adult went into a school and did the unimaginable. Though events like this have happened numerous times all over the planet, we neuro typicals cannot image taking up arms against defenceless women and children. As a father I can barely spank my kids without guilt and remorse. What type of damage or birth defect or evil could cause a human to cease being human and cause this kind of carnage. First, this is not about gun control. The killer could have as easily taken an ax to the door then set a classroom on fire but we are not going to make gasoline illegal if that were to occur. What this massacre is about is community. Your scratching your heads, I know. I say community because they had friends right? They had family, right. They had neighbors, right? Your telling me that someone, anyone, didn't have a suspicion that something was wrong with the shooter and his mother. Numerous news agencies are reporting that the mother was becoming a doomsday prepper. Making statements about the coming global demise.

The massing of weapons and storing of food. I am not saying that that type of preparation is not without it's value or unusual. What I am saying was the change and short time period in which the mother of the shooter began to prep should have had the community wondering why. Now his profile as a child and as a young adult and there were clear signs he was a person that should have been on someone's radar, but it seems he wasn't. Ultimately it was he that pulled the trigger and made the physical decisions to commit these evil acts. However, there is blame to go around. Parents, teachers, friends, neighbors we all failed him. In our world of social media and portable computing we have insulted and isolated ourselves. Rarely do we now engage those around us whether positively or negatively. Obama says we have to change. That's left speech for get rids of guns. You can confiscate every single gun from every single source you can think of and the next day there will still be murders and robberies and rapes and mayhem.

What we have to change is our human condition. We value nothing profound or ethereal. We thumb our noses at faith, call them forms of control. We fail to pause just to look within because we are so busy doing things to improve how we look to the outside. Arrogance, greed and selfishness are the values that are looked up to and striven for buy our species today. For some reason the opposite values are what help to calm us or keep our more animal impulses at bay. The guns, the guns, the guns, is what I keep hearing and seeing being posted and said worldwide. Dr. Keith Ablow was one of the first to call into question the mental health care that the shooter did or did not receive. What if, the shooter had from the moment he was noticed to be mentally different attention from the community. The kids mother or father doing everything they could possibly do. The schools being nosey and talking to him talking to his parents, never quiting or passing the buck. If he ever received counseling, the clinicians calling, checking, being proactive. The community failed the shooter, he failed himself, he killed.

Where do we go from here? What we need to do is focus on the whys and not the with whats. Doesn't that make more sense. Why was this individual created by our society? Hurts right. The shooter came from us. What is wrong with us, and who are we so angry at? Our culture spawned this tragedy. The elements for him to manifest the ills and demons inside him are partly the responsibility of the American way. Bob Costas said it was a gun culture that was to blame. Take the "Gun" away I say it's the culture. Broken homes, men just acting as studs procreating with anything and everything, then hitting the road. Violence viewed as cool and hip. For some as I heard the rapper The Game say on the Howard Stern show that when he was young going to jail was a badge of honor and manhood. For the love of the Lord it is not the gun laws that are broken world it is WE as individuals that are breaking. Let us as a nation and as a global society focus on ourselves first. Heal what has been breaking within our countries for decades now. Then you know what, after each of us has looked within. Get your noses out of your phone or tablet or laptop and look around. Have a human interaction, a look, a gesture, a conversation with someone around you. Let's be people again not cyborgs.

Declare Mexico a terrorist state.

I'll say it. We have a terrorist state just south of us. Mexico is a terrorist state like no other. The drugs that are imported from there poison and kill are citizens every day. For years now their violence has killed more U.S. citizens than 9/11. The Mexican government is constantly corrupt and inept. The citizenry does little to improve the status quo. The drug cartels hold entire cities hostage and have police and politicians in their pockets. Let's look at the comparison between Mexico and countries we actually have declared terrorist nations.

Cuba is on the list of state sponsors of terror people, Cuba! A nation frozen in the 1950's who people are starving and swim over to the Keys everyday to get the hell out of there. When was the last time you heard of Cuba terrorist kidnapping our citizens on US soil and torturing and killing them, never! Go to El Paso, Laredo, Brownsville, hundreds of cases, most unsolved where MEXICAN drug cartels have taken our citizens some never to be returned. Syria is also on the list, through Hezbollah, has killed a handful of our fellow Americans. I am not trying to diminish the death of those Americans my thoughts and prayers to the families of the victims.

What direct impact has any of those nations on the list has had to our homeland that can compare to the damage that our alleged allie Mexico? As we speak they are holding some of our patriots in prison under the threat of torture and death if a ransom is not paid. These are the prison officials calling the family of former Marine Jon Hammer. As reported on Fox News Jon was headed to a trip to chill in Costa Rica and wanted to do a little hunting so he brought a sixty year old Sears shotgun with him. Jon declared the weapon on both sides of the border according to his attorney and family. Then these scumbag Mexican officials arrest him for having a "Military" style weapon. For a time he was even chained to his bed because they feared his Marine training. Other then Iran with the hikers that crossed their border a few years ago, name me any other country on the list who is doing this.

Recently there was the case of the Texas trucker who got confused at the border and was trying to turn around while hauling ammunition for his company. How many month's did he have to spend in that God forsaken country's jails? If I were president I would make a phone call and tell them to free him immediately. If he wasn't on the border in twenty four hours I would have SEAL team 6 go into the prison and rescue the former Marine who deserves not to be left behind. The congressman for the Hammer family stated this morning that the state department is slow walking any effort to bring our Marine home. I blame the Obama administration for projecting weakness to these rogue nations. Would Realism advocate an invasion of Mexico? I have to think about that one.

I just want to be free.

Looking through most of my post you'll find language specific to a particular party or political philosophy.  I guess I use those words mostly to sound intelligent or articulate. I am out here to try to impress all of you that read ricantotheright. If you get down to the marrow of what I am trying to say. When you really look deep into what I right it is basically about being free. Freedom from being told what's right or wrong for me. Freedom to do anything I desire as long as it hurts no one but me. It's not a lack of rules or anarchy that I want, it's less hand holding and babysitting. I don't want to keep looking over my shoulder trying to figure out what new rule or law I may be breaking in my private personal life or business. Look around you. Everything we do, say, wear, eat has a law or regulation. We are completed controlled.

Freedom to so many sounds reckless. Why would a person not want to have rules? There are rules, natural ones. If I hit you you hit me back. If I take from you, you'll use force to take it back. We are built with these natural boundaries only the mentally ill or evil have an issue with these inner controls, but doesn't nature weed out the defective? Really it is mind boggling how so many of the things we do to enjoy ourselves or just live are managed by some type of government agency or bureau. So another person has control of what I can or can't do and that angers me. Marriage, divorce, birth, death, a piece of government paper for all of them. This morning it's being reported by AP that numerous government agencies are unleashing thousands of new regulations now that Obama has won reelection. Not only are these new regulations intrusive they are expensive. It seems that new laws are created to give someone a job rather than to protect our well being.

North Korea 1 USA 0

Though we have killed thousands of terrorist around the world using mindless robots, we are losing the war on intelligence and assertiveness. Late yesterday North Korea launch a powerful rocket successfully over Okinawa. We did nothing, we prevented nothing. North Korea wins. Now Kim Jung Un has grown a pair and will seek to miniaturize his nuke to mount it on top of this weapon. Even if he doesn't he still has a dirty bomb alternative or easier a chemical weapon choice. War is a dirty hands on business. Blood, guts, gore everywhere, or at least it used to be. The Obama administration has chosen to run this antiseptic war from afar costing us valuable intelligence. Sure we have drones and satellites and spy planes, but there is nothing like boots on the ground human intel. What happened to the wonderful world of renditions? Grab a guy fresh from the field, do a little sleep deprivation, a little hunger if hue doesn't crack there is always the good ole technique of water boarding.

Is it politics or fear that drives the current administration's spy community to be so passive in it manned covert missions? Why did we not know that that missile could fly? If we had the ability to insert Stutnex into the computers of the Iranian nuclear computer program and destroy hundreds of  centrifuges, how come we could not sabotage ONE missile? It is because we (Obama) doesn't believe we are a global super power who projects it's influence. The current government wants to submit and subjugate America to the globalist will. America no longer leads it follows. This is very embarrassing for us. We could not even protect our allie, Japan. Yes they do have the ability to defend themselves, as it flew over it's territory we should have taken the lead to destroy it as a show of solidarity with the Japanese. I suspect they stood down because we chose not to take action. What this must do to our military command staff. To be emasculated, and stand around powerless.

Could there be a Patton or a MacArthur in today's military? Those loyal but rebellious strategic geniuses who initiate then inform. There most be dozens of these men and women who know exactly how to end these conflicts all around the world, yet have their hands tied behind their backs by our less than courageous politicians.

Bah humbug

I am no where close to having the Christmas spirit. I celebrate the birth of the Messiah all the time not just the twenty fifth. This year is particularly difficult with all of the changes that are occurring in my life. The business that I am trying to build is being effected by the recession. The product I created are a luxury and folks are still for the most apart in survival mode. So the trinket I sell is an afterthought. I won't quit though, it's always been for the future. Like this blog it's something to leave behind to my heirs to say they remember I was here. I want to be immortalized by something, anything being handed down to future generations. I tell my oldest son, that when the business is successful I want him to at least continue to have a part in it and hang a picture of me and remind others who started it all.

At Christmas time I tend to reflect on what the year was or wasn't. I under the tree and think, how did I provide for my children. This year is a lean year so the tree will reflect it. Having been poor and hungry a bit in my life as compared to me my children are all very well provided for. New homes, good clothing, games, tablets, computers, phones, food never runs out, what more could a child want. Being behind the scenes I make sure they never notice the bills I juggle from time to time because an unexpected expense came up. Or my poor math skills cost me a fee. I only tell the bigger ones when times are lean. Funny even when dead broke and a negative balance in the bank, God has always provided a way to feed my children and have a roof over their heads. I have never doubted Him in that, my path or walk or direction, well that's another issue.

Maybe it's that just today it feels like winter for the first time. Having grown up some of my life in New York I'd be already freezing and wearing a freaking parka. There may have been some snow already and the trees would be bare. Just a few days ago I was wearing shorts. I miss some of the Puerto Rican traditions of my past. My whole family making pasteles. Pasteles are like giant Mexican tamales wrapped in banana leaves. Oh yes they are better than tamales hands down. I was always assigned to the grating green bananas. Dozens and dozens of different roots and bananas would be grated and made into the paste that makes up the body. On the stove top would be all kinds of different meats stewing to be the filling. Our family would make hundreds. We'd always eat two or three at a time. Yeah, that would put me in the spirit.

The Year America Begged

I am voting 2012 the year America Begged. Uncle Sam for the first time got down on his hands and knees and asked other countries for help. The forty or 50 million Americans on government food assistance shows that we are just like the guys on the corner with the cardboard sign. Though we now have plastic cards to resemble ATM cards so as not to shame our poor, more and more of the population is in the federal governments pocket.  A old scripture come to mind, " I have never seen a child of God begging for bread". What does that tell us about what's happening in our country morally, not religiously. Basic conservative economic and social principles have been abandoned for the Keynesian  and the Alinsky schools of social control. There is no question that we are being made into something completely against what the fathers of this nation would have wanted by the Obama hoard. As predicted in my blogs last month China is on the war and economic warpath. A new aircraft carrier and a news story reported this morning about China buying up billions of American housing loans and aircraft manufacturers. You should be alarmed. You should begin to question and start your political resistance to this change if you haven't already.

The Valarie Jarretts of this movement want to reduce us to a second rate power like France or Italy. They want to make us part of a world community that has no distinctions or borders. A world where everyone is equal and we indiscernible from one another. Sound wonderful and communal, signing songs around the campfire. Screw that! I hate happy joy joy songs, I love my solitude. I love being unique, different and eccentric. If I want to blow all my money on the ponies, up yours it's what I want to do. If I want to jump out of plane because it gets me off, hoorah! That spirit of individualism is what sets America on fire. That I can dream or invent or create anything is the coal in our steam engine. I want to be like no one else anywhere at any time on the planet and I will die fighting against anyone who will subjugate me to be a clone or drone. The Tea party started this new peaceful revolutionary movement. The problems were it fractured quickly into hundreds of different factions. A united Tea party would have been a formidable force for the return to individualism. We have become too nice, too politically correct. When is someone with our ideas of what America should be rise up and get really damn pissed off at the other side and fight back? Have they all lost their our "balls"?

Almost fifty percent of the population said no to Obama and Jarrett. We are still a force to reckon with. This is not the time to sulk or compromise. This is the time to make some bold "No's". As the philosophy that can really get our country going again we need people to stand up and draw lines in the sand. Start with your family. Draw a line around them by teaching our children the power that is the individual. That each of us can be different and unusual and that is good. We should teach them to work as hard as they can to be whatever THEY want to be. To fight against the naysayers the conformist. Teach your children to reject group thinking and group speech. They should be like that famous Nazi picture floating around. In the picture there are hundreds of people giving the Nazi salute and in the middle there is one guy, just one guy with his arms folded. This is not the time to join in or sell out. Our country needs us voice in opposition to the trending wave of Socialism.

It's gonna get worse before it gets unbearable

What a way to lower unemployment Mr. President. To send the American economy into being barely on life support. More than half a million Americans just said F it I can't find a job. Imagine, 540,000, a mid-sized city in the United States completely without work. Also those 540,000 have little if not any means of support their unemployment benefits have dried up. An entire city now broke with little hope on the horizon for a rescue. What would a city look like if it's citizens were unemployed in that fashion. Oh wait Detroit! Detroit has almost twenty percent unemployment. The city is bankrupt. The population is jumping ship. Detroit has not been this empty in a hundred years. Today Michigan is so desperate that it has passed a right to work law just to attract businesses back. I think it will help now that unions can't force you to be a part of them. Rampant crime and terrible corruption is what's happening in Motown today. That could be the future for many cities here. The rust belt first, then California.

Drudge reported today that the unemployment fell for a specific sector of the job market, government workers. Am I crazy or does this sound exactly what crazy Socialist countries such as Greece, Spain, Portugal did. Government became those countries main or first line employer for the population. Extravagant hiring and benefits for those workers destroyed the once deep pockets those countries had. Now sadly they are killing themselves in the streets because of the loss of hope in circumstances changing. With all of the writing on the wall for everyone, this administration continues to drive us towards that grand canyon, I'm sick of the work cliff. Socialism has failed in every country it has infected. Why oh Lord, why did half of our country think that it could possibly work here? I know why. I blame it on one hundred percent pure cowardice. Our citizens have become fearful and weak. We have lost our pioneering and innovating ways.

I am not sure if we will ever get it back. We have become to cut off and sheltered with our smartphones and tablets. Look around your home, your work place or even walking the street. Do you see anyone talking or interacting with anyone else? If it isn't through a machine we don't want to communicate. These amazing technologies that were made to enhance our lives is now robbing us of the ability to reach out on an emotionally human tactile manner. I believe that if we just take the Bluetooth out, turn of the Droid and IPhone off and just look up and around our minds and imaginations would begin to work again. We would look at our fellow man again in the face and learn empathy again. That empathy would lead some out there to have compassion which leads to ideas on how to get us out of this never ending nightmare. I just had a curious thought. I have never seen pictures of people like Steve Jobs, Mark Cuban, Bill Gates, actually carrying around and using the technology so many of us are addicted to. It is because it is the mind that creates not the creation.

I'm Batman Pt 2

We looked at the similarities to other totalitarian countries and their evolution to some of the current feelings and beliefs here in America. The first word that come to mind is a term that began in the late eighties. I remember it was  Rev. Jesse Jackson who I first heard use the term disenfranchised. Webster's defines it as depriving an individual of a right or power. The term is normally used in denying someone's right to vote. The dangerous difference in which Jesse Jackson used it was in economic situations for minorities. Let's think about that. Out there there are citizens who believe that it's a human right to be provided with a job. That society owes them a living just for existing. In the years that I have heard Jackson or others with the same social justice beliefs speak you never hear them talking about "Earning" a living. Even today's unionized workplace workers hold their employers hostage with their demands. Demands? The latest example was the Hostess debacle where a few hundred workers helped cause the lose of thousands of jobs. I say helped because there was also upper management issue that attributed to the bankruptcy.

In one of Bain's speeches in the Dark Knight Rises, he commands the average citizen to go after the affluent and demand their fair share and steal it back. These types of mindsets assume that the wealthy played no part in earning their wealth and status. That somehow the rich attained their worth in some criminal or oppressive manner. The disenfranchised belief system creates a boogie man out of the wealthy white and spawns a psychosis in those that hold to it precepts. As in the movie where the upper crust were put on trial simply for being, Obama put the top earners on trail in the public eye. Starting with Joe the Plumber and his spread the wealth comment. The "you didn't build this" statement, paying their fair share is the current mantra against the one percent. The middle class has been sent into such a frenzy that they pay no attention to the data and the facts that those that earn $250,000 and more pay the lions share of the tax revenues. Just like sharks in a frenzy that attack each while feeding, Obama has set the middle class off to attack the very drivers of our economy.

Just like in the movie there is an ulterior motive to set off the middle class. Those being manipulated think that it's all for their benefit. We saw yesterday on numerous news outlets the video clip of the Detroit council member. The speech she gave was that such a vast majority of those in the city of Detroit and the county it is in voted for Obama that now he owes it to them to bail them out of their situation, Quid Pro Quo. I suspect that bailout may not come, for what I suspect is his next step there needs to be much more suffering and economic pain. That next step is what is really driving the administrations policies. The current administration wants to kill democracy. Yes I just said that. As R'as a Ghul wanted to destroy Gotham because it grew corrupt (wealthy), this administration sees capitalism and democracy antiquated and corrupt. The only way they can convince the American public to buy in is to keep the pain coming. To keep reminding us that is was the greed of capitalism that has brought us to the fiscal cliff. Where is our Batman? The man that even with all of our flaws sees our system as what makes us powerful and unique as a country. Where is Batman? I'm Batman

I'm Batman Pt 1.

What an amazing movie the new Batman movie was. It had me going the whole time. I won't give away the end so no spoiler alerts here. What did strike me was the message the movie was not so subtlety sending. The message is familiar especially in the current age of the occupy movement. Simply the rich are bad and the middle class and the poor must rise up and steal back what's been taken from them. That affluence and status are stations to be scorned and destroyed. Somehow anyone who has more than you got it through deceit and corruption. The mindset of the "Fatcat" who is a glutton seems to be pervading into our twenty something generation. Though the Occupy movement had little effect on the economy or our culture, it it my opinion was a virus and not a bacteria. A virus can enter the body, give some symptom of the disease then lay dormant for weeks even years.

It's the fear of economic ruin that is what is helping the infection spread. The housing collapse and the chronic unemployment are causing even level headed folks to contemplate operating in the moral gray. We can look at the birth pains of a rise in crime in cities like Detroit and Chicago, where multiple slayings occur daily. The entire city of Detroit is weeks away from insolvency and it's leaders are already crying out to Obama to save them. I suspect it will fall on deaf ears. I know I am a bit of a conspiracy theorists, but why would the current administration want our economy to prosper? I line that the character Bain from the movie struck me. It was part of Obama's first  campaign. Bain said, "you can't have suffering without hope". Once a person surrenders to the fact that there is no way out of their situation they become complacent. To truly make someone suffer they must always have that perception that they may be able to change that circumstance.

We find ourselves in that very situation for the last four years. The unemployment rate goes down then back up. The stock market does up and then back down. There is always that ray of sunshine that is coming though our cell window, but is just above our reach to be able to touch or feel it. With this constant emotional roller coaster you have the ability to sway or brainwash entire populations. The people become exhausted of fighting the trends and so give up their hope to their leaders. Once that hope is surrendered that's when a true dictatorship is created. Look at the great countries that when from a semblance of a democracy to a autocratic government. All of former USSR, Cuba, China. At one time these countries had some freedoms, we can debate at what amounts later, but there are similarities to what is occurring here.

Guns and the American way

The of the most distinctive aspects of the American constitution is the right to bear arms. Not many democracies have the ownership of a firearm as a principle of it's values. How gun rights came into becoming a core part of what the founding fathers is fast becoming a heated debate these days. The right is being seen as antiquated and primitive. While discussing the murder suicide of an NFL player yesterday, Bob Beckel of the Five commented that because the constitution is almost three hundred years old the amendments are no longer valid today. This premise of traditional values is one that progressives and liberals constantly ridicule those who are more conservative.

"Holding on to their guns and religion", said then candidate Obama during his first campaign for president. Anyone seen as having these classical views is mocked as backwards or primitive by the left wing aristocracy. Yes their evolution of values have brought us such contributions to society as abortion, metro sexuality and the breakdown of the nuclear family. They are constantly changing so as to never really have any values at all. OK back to guns. Our founding fathers were at war. They had no real standing army and the citizenry was needed to fight the British and gain our independence. Done deal, war won, freedom acquired, turn our guns into decorations. One of the astonishing aspects of the constitution is it's ability to time travel. Yes I said time travel. So many of the writings have survived the test of time to be applicable today.

The founders wrote about the need of the people to bear arms in the anticipation. They thought of the when, not the what if. The "WHEN" our government would become so oppressive as to need to be reconquered by the common folk and returned to it's basic and common constitutional principles. The writers of our founding document foreshadowed the need to once again take up arms and battle a monarchical rule where one man attempts to centralize his power. The presidency has been gaining more unauthorized power for decades. The balance and checks of the other branches are being taken away by executive order. Rebellion is such a taboo subject and little legal guidance is given for the when and where and how.

Out of our misery

I can't take another pundit talking about the fiscal cliff. Will we go, won't we go. Every other news story is about going over this cliff. Let's just do it. Let's go over the cliff like lemurs together. I just can see what we need to do is just destroy it all and start over. Go the way of Greece and Italy and other European nations. We slowly see the liberals failing all over the place with their tax and spend strategy. Using France as an example, they raised taxes on the wealthy and just thought they would stick around and take it. Well the great thing about being rich is having the means to split when things like this happen. Which unfortunately in France's case they are jumping like people on a sinking ship. The French are having to use marketing gimmicks to sell idea over and over. A report came out last week that the British lost fifty percent of it's wealthy when they significantly raised taxes in the eighties.

Let's just blow it out and do everything we can to prevent the economy from growing. Why not come up with new types of taxes. Let's double taxes on persons who own homes over 4000 square feet. Double taxes on those who have more than two air conditioning units on that home. More taxes if you drive a car that is more than $50,000. If your children go to private school raise taxes. If you where suits that are more than $500.00. If your shoes are more than a $100.00. I think why don't we just raise the tax rate to 90% to anyone that makes a million dollars or more. Even if we were to do that it would only pay for about eight days of our government spending, them we're bankrupt. Those union leaders and left wingers in the middle class would be laid off to overcome the profit loses and then they realize the error of their stupid ways. Would that really dissuade the current administration? No they are already all in in the Socialist game. I think they would make a forceful power grab and then a revolution.

Oh you say that seems far fetched. Would you have thought that hundreds in Greece would be shooting themselves in public to commit suicide? Marches and protest everywhere begging for the government to save them. The government will try and exhaust every resource they have, which are our resources. The military would be hamstrung with all the automatic cuts that would be instituted. The United States would be sitting ducks to our more powerful foes ie China, Iran, Russia. So let the end come, let's just put this horribly prosperous country out of it's misery.

The States can save America

The new battlefield for the GOP should begin with the continued independence by the states. States right are not uniquely a conservative idea. My Libertarian friends are rabid advocates of the constitutional principles of a republic form of government. The states that are currently successful and prosperous are run by Republicans. How have the Republicans during one of the worst financial crisis made their states into business attracting job producing machine? Simple. Lowering taxes and balancing state budgets. Some had slash state spending and reigned in out of control entitlements for unionized state workers. Go and look for yourself the tale of two states. Just look at the state of California as compared to Texas. Both have the burden of illegal immigrants. Both are massive and highly populated. One is losing citizens and businesses on a daily basis. The other, Texas, is stealing both of these from California.

Right now there is little that can be done at the federal level. Washington is stuck and locked and there will be no good to come of it. Now at the state level there are legislative maneuvers that can be done to prevent the feds from hurting states prosperity. The states have to remember that once they except a government entitlement they will not too long down the road have to be responsible to pay for it. A state does not have to except federal grants or funds. Governors must begin to push the federal government out of their states and rely on the citizens and businesses within their borders to provide the services and revenue to run it. Power must be pushed down to the smallest level of management possible. The closer the power to provide for it's citizens is to the local level, the better those leaders know just how to serve it's citizens. Once the people are empowered to do for themselves and are free of the regulations that keep them from true freedom, it will be easier for the state to be successful.

Broke

I have been poor and short of money numerous times throughout my life. There have been times where I didn't even know where the money would come from to feed my children. I am horrible at budgeting. There had been times when I was a young man I had problems with impulse shopping. I either found a way to earn it most of the times or I swallowed my pride and asked for help. I have yet as an adult been on government assistance, but I remember using food stamps when I was little. Every single time I was short or tight I cut back or cut out things in my life that were not absolutely necessary. Sure it hurts your pride to not be able to buy the extras your family wants and when the little one wants the dollar toy and you have to say no it hurts.

I am the type of father who owns a couple of pairs of new shoes and have t- shirts older than some of my children. I put the welfare and comfort of my children first. Now this attitude has not made me very attractive to the ladies at time but I have seen the fruit of my sacrifice through my older children. My two oldest my son 15, my daughter 14, are academically and physically more advanced than most of their peers. I would do most anything to make sure they have a happy and memorable childhood. As any parent would I don't want them to suffer my experiences with pain or poverty and so far I have succeeded. Once they graduate from high school and enter the work force or college I will definitely consider my sacrifices a complete success.

Using this example I do not understand why our government can't emulate what is done on a daily basis in most American households. The government has no money, none. What does the family do when there is no money? The family does without. Sure, I borrowed in the past to help make it to payday. What I have never done is owed anyone for my daily bread. If I borrowed to survive, I paid it back as soon as I could. The government has been borrowing for bread for decades now with no end in site. The United States is becoming a land of indentured servants. Every man, woman and child owes thousands to foreign powers. The main debt holder is China a country hostile to our way of being. As in my previous writings I see China as a physical aggressor very soon.

Since we are broke, why hasn't anyone in the administration suggest these simply ways of getting back on budget. The first, stop spending. A freeze on any new spending. Second, stop borrowing. Thirdly, find  things that are not absolutely critical and stop them. We can do without shrimp on treadmills for awhile. The last one is pass a budget and stick to it. We have not had a federal budget in four years and I am not sure we will ever have one again. The times when I did a budget and balanced my checkbook were the times I most was able to manage and do more with my money. Why can't we force the federal government to stick to a budget? We need a balanced budget amendment now.

Taxes, we don't need no stinking new taxes. I already have given my stance on taxes. Flat tax that every adult that works pays. No deductions, no exemptions, no loop holes period. Like Rick Perry said you send your taxes in the form of a postcard. We just eliminated an oppressive and wasteful bureaucracy saving billions by closing the IRS. A flat tax is predictable. From the beginning of the year you will always know exactly how much you will pay. A flat tax is inclusive. Now that everyone has skin in the game, the haves cannot complain about the have nots not doing their fair share and vice versa.  A flat tax is American. Since the Boston tea party Americans have hated arbitrary taxes.

Ok so we have solved the national debt crisis. Tomorrow we will find a cure for cancer.

Week in review pt 2

The surprise takeover of the Egyptian presidency by the Muslim brotherhood candidate Morsi is another shock the the lie that is the Arab spring. There is such an inability to bring a republic or democracy to Arab countries by it's people. Even Turkey is coming under Islamist influence. Is it a deficiency of spirit or just a holding on to tradition. Thousands of years ruled by the Caliphs or kings, constantly under the thumb of a totalitarian rule. Could generations be nurtured into wanting to be oppressed. There are so many historical examples where hundreds, thousands even millions were convinced to follow a despot. Hitler, Jones, Amin on and on these charismatic leaders have the supernatural ability to sway or eliminate anyone.

Now we have another Spring to the Spring in Egypt with riots and marches in Tariq square again and police out in mass. Now my suspicion is that if the protest continue for more thank a week the army will step in again. Then we will have another overthrow and another election. The weakness of the Obama administration on the Middle Eastern issue has been embarrassing. I wish they were leading from behind, but they are not even in the game. There is little pressure by the U.S. on the Egyptian president to change.

The hits keep on coming in the Susan Rice debacle. Information continues to leak concerning the changing of the talking points from the CIA. Petreaus testified in close session and I believe spilled the beans on what actually occurred and named names. Now that Rice voluntarily went before Republican Senators, they can compare what the intelligence community knew and what the administration was told. The statements from the Senators after the meeting were surprising. I expected them to have softened their opinion of Rice. The harsh criticism that followed is showing me that she is being told to hold the party line and not come clean. Obama sees himself as having a mandate and he does. The American people right now are too hungry and too scared to care.

The conservative position has been watered down by numerous Republicans caving to reelection pressure and saying higher taxes were on the table for them. This type of fracture to conservative values is dangerous because it does not set us apart from the other side. Less government, lower taxes, free enterprise is the mantra that the conservative side should using. Conservative cannot abandon this position for countries well being. A generation will be lost if we don't stand against the Socialist tide. Rand Paul seems to have some very interesting positions and views. Senator Paul is a fiscal conservative who is also pro Hemp. What more could American want?

Week in review pt 1

So many things occurred during my week off for Thanksgiving. I ended up eating so much I lost weight. It was a humble meal with my two youngest. They ate a little turkey and alot of dad's famous skillet apple pie. There is thanks to be given to all the things I have. Yet I am also thankful for the things that are not in my life also. With that said let's get started.

From Kazam rockets, to a brief conflict in Israel. A congressman's mental illness causes his resignation. The administration finds a new patsy for the Benghazi debacle in the director of national intelligence. The secession movement continues to be in the news with the Texas petition and now the revelation that another Bush will be looking at a run in 2016. I have never made my position clear on Israel so lets start there. I have some religious views that place alot of attention towards the nation of Israel. Although my intellectual friends thumb their noses at faith based beliefs, I have found personal solace from having a relationship with the divine. Though I am by no means a poster boy for the Christian faith, when push comes to shove I represent myself as a Christian. The nation of Israel is a pivotal player in the prophetic. There are numerous end time prophecies that occur directly in the region and so I have an interest in what occurs there. I support Israel above all others in the region. Yes I place the nations interest above the Palestinians. My reasoning is a racially motivated. The Hebrews have a historical claim as a race to the area, the Palestinian have roots all over the region and have support elsewhere.

I really am not interested in borders or treaties. What I am concerned about is the constant attempt by numerous other races to commit to the genocide of the Hebrews. I understand hate. There are persons on this planet who I think should be shot out into the sun. What I would not do or advocate is the extinction of an entire group of people just for the simply fact that they exist. Hitler was a monster, his other family members and his descendants have not been. Like father like son or the sins of the father passes to the son, I don't buy any of that. In my own life I can take the fact my father split and never raised us. I ended that pattern by even though divorced being an active part in my children's life. I even go as far as living near the ex for their benefit. I guess the rebel in me says to go against what everyone else would want. Every single other nation in that region wants Israel wiped off the face of the planet. I say defend her at any cost just for that mere fact. I think spiritually it benefits a nation to protect and support the nation of Israel. In secular  prospective it is the only true Democracy in the region and with it's fall brings new dictators to the area with nuclear aspirations that would be unchecked.

Should the Palestinians have a state? I will answer a question with a question. Should the Italians in New York have their own state? Should the Irish? Heck the Puerto Ricans could have two. We Americans at times refer to our nation as a melting pot. Why is it that we cannot encourage that national unity to that region. We are promoting segregation by supporting a two state solution. We boycotted and protested apartied in South Africa where two races were both economically and physically purposefully separated. Why would be supportive of the same process. Just because they can't stand each other? Tough! Live and learn to live together. One of the problems is that one of the faiths involved just cannot or will not control it's radicals. Yes I do mean Islam. I hear a constant cry that Islam is peaceful from CAIR and other moderates. What you do not see is the punishment of those elements in the faith who advocate Jihad against Israel. Why don't Imams around the world rise up and say enough. Enough to the suicide bombings enough to the rockets and revenge. Imagine going just twenty four hours without hearing of some atrocity committed in the name of Allah. If that were ever to happen I could almost see a nation guaranteed for the Palestinians. Even though I believe they should learn to be Israelis.

Let's see where it goes

So I finally got off my digital butt and sent a Hispanic Republican organization an email. I told them how this last election has put a flame under my feet and I am ready to jump in and do my part. I expected a flowery thanks and what I got was thanks for becoming a member. I think it was computer generated so I wrote back, no I want to get politically involved, run for office and the like. I expected nothing back of course but the next day I got a personal email asking me for a bio and what offices I was willing to run for. I was like, oh man this could be it. Ever since I found out my father had been involved in politics in Puerto Rico I wanted to follow in his footsteps. As an alcoholic he could never reach the leadership positions so he served as press secretary and director of HUD for numerous counties on the island. I have felt the calling to be a Congressman or Senator for twenty years. Life often gets in the way and after numerous forks in the road I finally feel I am ready to make that commitment. Then it hits you. What about all the crap I have done up until the day you declare your nomination for whatever you run for?

I started thinking about ex wives, ex girlfriends, no I have no ex boyfriends. What would people say who have had contact with you throughout your life? If the media were able to interview each and everyone of them, would it be positive. Person after person rolled through my mind and I cringed at some of the things people were saying about me. Then I had another thought. I am not running to be a role model. I am not running because I am the purest. I am not running because I am this anointed human being, we already have that. I am running as the street wise guy who has been there done that and can really feel your pain. I think in my short forty three years of life I have experienced every single positive and negative human experience one could have. That savvy is what the nation needs, not some slick lawyer or poli-sci major. The nation needs a guy that remembers what a food stamp looks like and eating government cheese. The nation needs a guy who that against all educational odds rose above his predicted station. I know failure and I know success. What the nation needs is someone like me who never, ever, ever, quits.

Arrogant, maybe a little. I say it's confidence. Who's even saying it has to me just me. There have got to be millions of Joe the Plumber types. Regular citizen politicians who if they all got together and fired every regular politician would have the nation turned right around in ninety days. Why do we vote for the pinhead? The guys with the fancy schooling and credentials. What have they gotten us in the last thirty years? I can see it now. Instead of meeting in the capital we all meet at the local coffee houses. I guess we can Skype if there needs to be a exchange of ideas. A hot cup of coffee, some spirited discussion, a vote, bam business done. No filibuster, no procedure, maybe a fist fight or two but these types of folk want to get the job done. OK every once in a while we could clean up and do some honor to a vet in the capitol that's what those places should be for to honor Americans not house the apathetic law makers we now have. I say Rick Perry has it right. Politicians should be part time. Come together a few months a year then go home and work. No way to get disconnected, no way to not understand what's happening in the community. I wonder. I am getting ahead of myself. I am just hoping for a callback.

The house Obama built

It never ceases to amaze me the lengths that Obama disciples go to defend or protect him. Though there is fact, data, projections and analysis none of those stand up to the idea of what he has done or does. So when I reminded him that black unemployment is 14.3%, he said it didn't effect him a black person. When I quoted national unemployment he said it didn't effect him. When I quoted housing, taxes, the deficit, Benghazi, false climate change. I threw every fact that I knew about how technically bad of a state we are in he laughed them off and pointed to his 4000 square foot home and said, "see this is what Obama buy". Then he pointed back at my 2900 square foot home and stated, "and that's what Bush buys you". So when I confronted him on the "Facts", that he bought his home in 07 and closed in 08, a quick retort from him of, "but Obama was president when I moved in", made everything alright in his world.

Another curiosity was that Bush was still to blame in my neighbors mind for all that is still occurring in the US. We laughing and arguing so loud in the streets that neighbors came out and when they found out my conservative position quickly came to the aid of their left wing comrade. Now I was in my element. I love being outnumbered. It's almost unfair to the other side. Liberals tend to get loud to win debates instead of using facts to defend their position. There are very few people on the planet who are as loud as I am. I cheer in a stadium and people in the crowd ask me to keep it down. So imagine facts being shot out you like a machine gun in a loud New York accent you just can't out speak. It was three to one and the other two neighbors quit after about ten seconds knowing it was a losing cause. Of course all in good fun. My neighbor felt he won when he was able at the end to bring up the Texas housing market rose 14%, under a Republican governor. NO!!! It's Obama's doing, how dare I.

So I began to speculate that maybe Obama is a hypnotist and has been able to hypnotize millions with his stammering. I took out my phone and tried to unhypnotize him which drew a ton of laughs. Though it may seem funny to some, to me it's tragic. After I got him angry enough by drilling him with facts I think I heard the most honest statement yet from a person on the left, especially a black person. As we were yelling about black unemployment, he touched my shoulder and lowered his voice and said this,"you know why Obama, you know why, because for so long we blacks have been held down, oppressed and now it's our turn". I am not sure what "Our turn" means but now I get it. For minorities it's a payback moment. They are in charge and for good or bad they want the power they have lacked and they want to use it. No matter how faulty the legislation. No matter what it does to the economy. To the minority community, "It's on"!

Live free or die!

There have been some very spirited debate on social media this week concerning the secession petitions that now cover every state. These petitions were started by residents of the state of Louisiana an Vermont. A few days ago these petitions numbered in the tens of thousand with each state having a few thousand. Within days the petition for the state of Texas exploded. As I was watching it the petition past the twenty five thousand mark. Now there are over eighty thousand and six hundred and sixty thousand for them all. There is something powerful in this country that happens when a million people unite for one common cause. Politicians listen and respond ie the million man march. Once that million signature threshold is past there will be some serious discussions in the white house.

I see none of those discussions as positive. Valerie Jarrett has already publicly stated that she and the administration with personally go after those that are or have opposed the Obama machine. The administration has had a propensity to create secret list to target many different classes of individuals. No fly list, kill list. These list are amended at their whim and can cause some serious inconveniences for anyone. A story came out Monday concerning a gate attendant for American Airline who was placed on the no fly list for no particular reason and has been trying for months to be taken off of it. The man was sent home once his supervisor found out and ran out of savings waiting for a correction. I would not put it past this administration to have already started collecting data of those that posted their signatures. I see a bunch of computer nerds handing officials list of IP addresses attached to the name posted. That my friends is a done deal.

I have to admit that I signed it. Is it courageous to stand up against what I see is a government becoming to centralized and too powerful and overreaching? Time will tell. What I do think is that it is one of the basic rights we made here in America. The right to resist the government publicly and peacefully. Our founding fathers went all in by signing their names to a declaration. They understood that from that point on they were marked men even to the point of death. So let my 1's and 0's that represent my signature in the digital world be my John Hancock. I am willing to risk who I am to restore this country to the fundamental beliefs that has brought it this far. We have four years of some very seriously perilous times. The market continues it's post election meltdown as does the dollar. The Chinese Yuan yesterday posted it's strongest value ever against the green back. Millions more join the welfare rolls. Layoff after layoff after layoff with not break in site.

What I do hope this movement does not become is an anti US, anarchist, subversive, Occupy anything kind of movement. I see it much more inclusive as the Tea Party was. A movement with people from all walks of life just fed up saying enough is enough to this ever growing monstrosity that is the federal government. Through bright leadership and peaceful intentions we will send a signal to Washington that "WE" the people are who are getting back in charge.

Sex sells, but does it matter

I heard someone point out some of the great men who had more than one woman. Ike, Kennedy, Clinton. The list went on and on. Men who had the capacity to inspire and to lead and to achieve greatness for themselves and for the country. Yet were never satisfied in their sexual lives with the women in their lives. Though knowledge of their infidelities were known, the sheer magnitude of how powerful these men were caused people around them to accept these weaknesses or indiscretions. None of the men mentioned were brought down by these sex scandals and finished their careers at historic high points and are literally legends of our society. I am not here to defend infidelity. Remember we are here to be real, we are here to understand how Realism deals with the here and the now. Operating on that premise, how much does it really matter than men in positions of power cheat?

I do not want to focus on family relationships or biblical precepts, those are for a longer discussion. Throughout each of the those men's careers as with
General Petraeus, they were having affairs on a regular basis while performing their duties without flaw. The war was won with Eisenhower at the helm, the US flourished with JFK and through his vision reached space. The US prospered economically with Clinton. Where, I challenge you, did their multiple relationships impact their mission? Nowhere except in the personal live were they really affected. I feel that as a man we have the ability to separate our positions from our sex lives. Maybe it's the whole we only think with one hemisphere thing. Maybe it is how we can view sex as purely physical and detached because of this biological imperative within us to breed. I know that this mindset can be a challenge to women to understand. We are wired different. Now this fact those not give us license to not be responsible and honorable but it is an explanation. Marriage is a vow and promise and we should do all we can to keep our word. Men, even great men, are just men. Weak, greedy, untrustworthy, fearful emotionally. Yet within our professions we can be the exact opposites.

Should sexual indiscretions be brushed aside? I am not sure. I think they should be looked at on a person to person basis. Should we allow a biological process to bring down some of the greatest people in history? I don't think so. The Russians used sex to gather some of our secrets throughout the cold war. They had female and male agents who's sole purpose was to use sex as a way to blackmail our representatives. What if we took that weapon away? What if we just made a policy that having sex no longer disqualifies you from leading or performing? We would not be condoning the act. What we would say is those actions are to be dealt with on a personal and family level. If it begins to effect your duties or performance then it becomes the business of your superiors or the American public. We have already created a culture of disposable people through a woman right to choose. Let's not create a nation of disposable leaders because of the American public demand for false purity.

Can you walk the walk

Holy cow have the left grown a pair since the anointed one has been reelected. I have left wingers coming out of the wood work to post some seriously insulting comments on my Facebook page. The Socialist have come out of the shadows and don't even pretend anymore. It is like a big Greenwich village coming out party and it's raining men. I mean people that never have dared to post on their own pages came over to mine now to spew their hate. Not even a cerebral argument just out and out hate. The one example was a old boyfriend of my oldest sister,  a doctor. I knew him thirty years ago as a very bright, kind, and gentle giant. Great guy had a lot of respect. About a year or two ago I saw he was on Facebook and was friends again with my older sister so I decided what the heck I will friend him too. Not one word, not one post, little public interaction until I posted the article on fifteen states petitioning for secession. It was not, oh I disagree or I think this is misguided. Not anything close to cordial.

I will try to quote him as best I can.  "Why don't all you people move to Deliverance, Georgia". "HAHA it's not a real place but I hear that have many Darwin award winners there". "You probably can't even understand what I am talking about". So he wants a person who is part African to move to a place filled with racist and get killed because I am too stupid to understand what he is talking about. Then there was some mentions of Rush Limbaugh and other conservative talk show host. I know how tame it may sound, but imagine you had a guy who was once going to be part of you family after thirty years come at you this way. Not in the thirty years any communication except this. Wanting my entire family gone off the face of the planet in homage to Obama. Who has more of an issue? Again, when you lose command of you emotions and allow yourself to worship a man, especially a man as deceitful as Barry Sotero, you lose your intellectual capacity to be objective. This hate coming from a Columbia grad, sharpest minds around, I thought.

We are slowing losing our minds on both side. On the left with the sheer hate of anything traditional or conservative. On the right with the lack of realistic compromise. What I think the difference is what each side does when in these panic modes and how it effects others. The left uses emotion to intimidate those who are in opposition. Remember Valarie Jarrett's comments before the election about they are remembering who is against them and they will come after those that are not coming around. This election was not about policies to the left. This election is about the systematic dismantling of what the United States has been traditionally since it's founding. Taking away the individuals ability to do for himself and making the government your caretaker, therefore your master. I am starting to think there must be some mass hypnosis on those that watch alot of Obama because all of a sudden they have Obamacourage. Over the top courage that could end up getting someone punched in the face. The doctor forgets that nearly half the country voted against the president. Does he really think that we are just going to fade into oblivion?

What I feel is going to happen is a retrenching of our conservative beliefs. I will certain start to be more public about my political theory of Realism and it's benefits. I have written an email to a local political group asking what can I do to become eligible to run for office. We'll see where that goes, but it is time for me to get off the keyboard and start sending these ideals and ideas into practice. Wish me luck.

Compromise or surrender

I think it's a false choice. I think it's a trap. A trap that will lead the conservative movement to ruin. So what we got our behinds handed to us. Look, we have almost fifty million soldiers still wanting to listen to those have value economic freedom, less regulation, small government. If we go to the Left with our tails between are legs we are done. We lost this battle, let's regroup form a plan and in four years come back with a vengeance. Party of no, hell yeah we are. N0 new taxes. N0 to purposely killing industry, N0 to socialized healthcare, NO loss of civil liberties. I for one have become more emboldened, more encouraged that the majority of hispanics have been sold a bill of goods and that I am going to be the voice of reason. I already have begun convincing Latinos that they are on the wrong side of history. I will not cower or bow down to the left just to pretend to be friends. If your thumb is dislocated you don't ask it nicely to get back in place, you pull and pull and force it back where it belongs.

I have already heard from my conservative friends that they are down. Enough! We do not have time for gloom and doom in our ranks. What we must do is everyday point out the continued downward spiral of the American dream. Go to your Facebook pages once a day and post about a layoff. Go to your Twitter and speak about the dropping of the dollar. Go to any social media you can and at least once a day point out to all your friends that what they did might have made them feel safe making government bigger, but what they are actually doing is speeding the decline of our Republic.

You really want to know why, fear. The majority of people who voted for Obama are afraid to make it on their on. For so long the economy has been awful and they are tired and fearful and have lost hope. So slick Barry comes along and in his most Messianic ways tells them that he will provide. Only the strongest of us who dare to be unique, who dare to be individuals at all cost would turn down and offer like that. I really can't blame them. To return to your youth where everything you needed was provided to you with to work or toil or effort. Now Obama has fifty plus million children. I say this because someone posted on my Facebook page, "Hurray my daddy Obama won". They are of not relation, to quote Forrest Gump.

I have a warning to my brown people. Latinos you are going to be used up and spit out by this Socialist machine just like in Cuba, Nicaragua, Venezuela, Columbia. Don't think just because you moved here and are now bringing your bad habits and false gods of social justice those of us who are aware and awake won't send you Pa' el carrajo. I am considering even going on the air waves again to shout against the message of the spread of Latin American Socialism here in the US by my brown brothers and sisters. Just call me Rusho Limbaugho.

The resistance began yesterday

First everyone show go read my post, "What if". I have already started posting the immediate effects of the election and boy was it immediate. The stock market and dollar tanked in protest to the taxes and regulation coming. Sorry about no post election blog my son decided to infect me with a stomach virus that just won't quit. So here we are a truly divided nation with a polarized leader who has shown no willingness to compromise or work with really anyone other than his closest advisors to complete his agenda. Please do not expect any reaching across the isle from me. I do not believe or feel that we should compromise our value for the sake of bipartisanship. This is a time when we need to dig the trenches and hold what we have.

A day which will live in infamy

About ten hours or so before we know if we the people made the choice to correct our course or to abandon ship. There is not much I want to say that I haven't already said. Vote Obama we become Europe, lived there done that no thanks. Vote Romney and though he is boring and mechanical he knows how to read a balance sheet. Praise be to the bean counters. I saw the crowds at my child's school this morning at 7:50 AM, the parking lot was almost full with voters. Even on my favorite radio show, Howard Stern was asking the Wack Pack for their opinions and Debbie the Pet lady says Romney. So it must be. Living in Texas most races aren't really even close between the parties, this is clearly a red state. Even as the Latino population grows if I have anything to do with it, I will remind them of their moral conservatism to bring them into the conservative fold.

We should be thankful whoever we choose today that we have this flawed but amazing freedom to choose our leaders. Look around the world today and you can find millions who still live under tyranny and oppression. Now with the Arab spring they have gone from be ruled by despots to be rule by Islamic radicals who will destroy any chance of liberty especially for women. We complain and bitch and moan about our system, but I dare saw there is no other place on the planet that does it as orderly and peacefully as we do. I remember in Puerto Rico I went to visit my father who was helping with the mayoral campaign in Gurabo. My dad and uncle were in the same party but supporting different candidates. I had to keep them from actually killing each other when by chance the met up at a campaign event. So even if we argue on Facebook over Obama and Romney, I still care for my misguided left wing wacko friends.

So go vote and vote ONCE.

Revenge is a dish best served cold.

<p>My pastor friend Eric and I had a really good tussle about the presidents comments," don't boo vote, voting is the best revenge". After a few insults by Eric I had honestly think that Democrats and Republicans actually do not speak the English language. I had the impression that the word revenge meant that you were going after someone for doing something to you. I even quoted the dictionary which was quickly brushed off. I tried, I really tried to find a positive definition for the word revenge and have come up empty. For Eric revenge is a positive word, that has a uplifting, inspirational meaning. That by voting against Romney as an act of vengeance you are making the US a better and more united place. I kept redirecting him to the literal definition of the word. After being called dumb and sarcastic I posted an article from the original speakers of English (The British) to see if maybe that would sway him.

I even admitted that English is not my first language. That maybe I just didn't learn the language properly. That maybe the one hundred and thirty IQ points I am measured, or the several other languages I understand or speak just are keeping me from grasping the meaning of this one word. The more I gave facts or direct arguments, the more my liberal pastor friend seemed to get personal and frustrated. At first it seemed that maybe he did not watch the speech because he was referring to story as a MEME. So I posted a link to the speech which infuriated him more. I became known to him as, "people like you". I simply asked what kind of people was I? What kind of person would dare use a direct and clearly said quote against the person who said it plainly and clearly. I wasn't referring to Joe Biden, I pay him no attention anymore he really doesn't realize what he is saying. This was the sitting president asking for revenge votes, how dare I repeat him.

It got even sillier when in the middle of the night Eric posted a cookbook with the word revenge on it. How do you compare a cookbook with the speech of the currently one of the most powerful man on the planet? I tried to understand him. The only thing that can lead to this type of behavior is blind worship of Obama. Obama is their hero, leader, and savior. For him to say anything negative as suggested is blasphemous. Thinking about it. It reminds me of what happens when something is said or drawn negatively of Mohammed. That we are going after you if you go after our Messiah. Attack Romney, so what, he is just a man and if I feel like defending him I will use facts and logic. I see the left as hypnotized by Obama. They just cant seem to help but to come to his rescue in an aggressive, insulting, and as you can see on Twitter a violent way. My American spirit does not depend on a Romney win. American can survive Obama. We conservative will be underground waiting and planning if the need arises.

My prediction is this. Romney wins with over 290 votes from the electoral college. Sadly there will be violent reactions to this win in many parts of the US. There will even be some retaliation deaths. So when they occur and they will, will this be the bad revenge or the nice revenge?

What if

What if Wednesday morning we wake up and the president is still Obama? Other than Dick Morris who is projecting a Romney land slide, it is a virtual tie for the Whitehouse. So what happens those first one hundred days of an Obama second term? My first prediction is a one hundred percent increase in the use of executive orders. Since I believe that there will be GOP gains in both the house and the Senate, the executive order will be the only means he will have to impose  his agenda on the half of America that can't stand his Socialist ways. Any chance he has both legal and questionable to bypass the legislature he will do. The power of the executive branch will be by this president more than any other time in history creating a virtual dictatorship. With one or more possible supreme court picks the judicial branch will swing towards liberalism.

More small business will be closed or sold during those first hundred days than in any other time in our nations history. The burden of taxation by both the IRS and Obamacare will make making a profit in a small businesses improbable. More Americans will begin to join the ranks of government employee once the small shops begin to close. The government will become the largest employer of minorities than the private sector due to affirmative action objectives and unionization. Public sector workers will earn more than those in private employment. Larger businesses will have no choice but to move more of their operations overseas to countries who have a friendlier tax climate and less burdensome regulations. The US government will not sell it share of the car companies it has invested in stated that they are still to fragile to be out of government monitoring.

The Obama administration will begin to make attempts to takeover control of the oil business under national security pretexts. The administration will sign executive orders banning drilling off shore due to previous spilling and harm to the environment. Nuclear power will be outlawed as alternatives are forced on the public causing power fluctuations and mishaps. The government will start to solidify it's hold on the American power grid for national security reasons. More regulations will drive more small regional and local banks out of business and create virtual monopolies of Chase, Wells Fargo and Bank of America. The Federal reserve will be given more power and autonomy to manipulate our currency without the need to have congressional approval.

China will be emboldened by the election of Obama and attack and take control of disputed Japanese islands and begin its reconquest of Taiwan. Knowing that America will not respond to it's allie as it did in Benghazi to it's on citizen China will start to flex it's military might in Asia and in the Pacific. The Obama administration will use the United Nations to address it grievances allowing our other former allie Russian to bring back some of it's Soviet Union era alliances under it's control. Foreign policy will be left in the hands of bureaucrats and ambassadors as during the Neville Chambers days. A new axis of power against the US will be born under the guidance of China and Russia, a new cold war begins.

Imagine this is just the first one hundred days.

Best little whore house in Santo Domingo

Woot there it is. So New Jersey Senator Menedez getting caught with his hand in the cookie jar. I get affairs, relationships break down that fire is gone or your just living together for whatever face saving reason. This is some next level lust. Imagine borrowing your buddies plane to travel thousands of miles to not go see your girlfriend but to buy booty. Buy it! It's funny and tragic at the same time. I am not saying I am all that as the kids say, but I have a little game, when I need it and I don't need it now love you DULCE. Whew dont want to be in the dog house.

However there is something broken in a man when he has to pay for it. You have surrendered to the fact that your a failure as a man. That you just can't attract a partner who would physically and emotionality satisfy you. I wonder if the facts about what exactly he was doing will come out. Was he kinky? Was he dull? Did he wear his socks during like a certain CNN contributor? Time will tell. Unlike other think,  this will not effect the election one bit. Unfortunately this is now common place, heck the secret service has frequent buyer cards to the ladies in Columbia.

Sex has been prominent in the news lately. The entire government and police force in Detroit has been ravaged in the last few years by sex scandals. Sexual harassment in the secret service now by the powerful women in charge. With all the pressure we are all under we are reverting back to our primal selves. Distracting ourselves with empty pursuits. We are living for the moment, thinking maybe we don't have tomorrow. This is not hope or change. I am not a prude and not suggesting we become Quakers. What I am suggesting is that we splash some cold water on our faces. Let's grab a cup of Joe and wake up from these four years of nightmare after nightmare. Let's get back to bettering ourselves and hence bettering our nation.

It will get lower

So there's that saying, "It can get any lower", well it has. Two democratic ads and a comment on the Socialist headquarters MSNBC. I can't begin to explain the insanity of the first ad. Whoever came up with the idea should be investigated by child protective services. The ad has young teenagers singing about how horrible the world will be if Romney wins the election. How the planet will suffer with strip mining for fun. The air becoming more polluted and people dying from lack of health care. You should watch it. I had to watch it in pieces it disturbed me so much. I have yet to see a commercial on the conservative side come close to being as exploiting or crass. What makes it even worse are that the children in the commercial seem to be just as distressed doing it. One girl looks as if she is about to cry. Why couldn't they have gotten adults to do it? Why effect the lives of this young kids? It is abuse.

Then the most idiotic one that came with help from Michael Moore. The scene is a retirement home. A handful of seniors discussing what a Romney would do to their care, ok no problem. Then one of the ladies says if Romney hurts here benefits she is going to "C$#k punch him". WTF! It's funny for a split second. Then another senior says she's going to commit an act of violence he he becomes president. If this was our side doing this we would have the media and the secret service so far up our rears we could smell gun oil. If you look at the Twitter the amount of threats to riot and kill Romney are common. The ratio has to be a thousand to one. What is it about the liberals followers that make them so pervasively violent. When under pressure the first thing they want to do is lash out physically. Now I have trained to fight. I can strike, wrestle, and know Jiu-jitsu. Yet it took stupid Lawrence O'Donnell's threat against Tagg Romney to physically call someone out. If you have contact with O'Donnell by the way, I am still looking for that cage match. I would never threaten a future or current president with acts of violence. The offense really is that no one is ever punished for doing so.

The last low blow came from the cows at MSNBC. Romney who has probably been doing charitable acts since he was a kid was made fun of yesterday. Now I do not agree with the Mormon cult, however they have built into their belief set that acts of charity and volunteering can get you closer to Godliness. So they are constantly doing and giving reaching out to others. I admire their hard work all bad theology aside. So these ignorant idiots without doing any homework go right to ridiculing him for lifting cases of water and handing out food. Something he has most likely done a thousand times. Plus the fact this man gives millions to charity every year. I think someone needs to start a news organization that exposes the lives of the left wing journalist. Exposes their backgrounds and dirty laundry for all the world to see. I would watch that. I want fifty percent if someone out their produces it. The show would be like a news TMZ. We would follow them all wherever they go and catch them doing all the stuff they paste on the news of the public. I think I going to pitch it to Fox News.

So I voted

I went to my local early voting center that was pretty busy and voted. Even with all traffic it took about five minutes from parking the car to voting. If it weren't for the little old lady who was having some comprehension issues it would have been three minutes. Thinking over the whole experience I remember that the majority of the poll workers were senior citizens. Is it because they are retired and available? Why, thinking back throughout my voting history are the elderly running a very sensitive process? Though it seemed to be running well I did have a sense of old folk speed. You know what I am talking about. That deliberateness older persons use to make sure their bodies are doing what their brains are telling them. I am a little scared of the aged, it makes me nervous being around such large groups of them. I guess I see my future and I dread to think that's where I will end up, a polling place volunteer.

I did feel good to vote or did it? It felt rushed and cold and disconnected because of the computers. I guess I appreciate the tactile process of pressing or filling in a circle. I have lately been a straight Republican voter so it's more like wham, bam, thank you ma'am. I don't even smoke so I feel a little dirty afterwards. I remember using the old push button machines with the lever that closed the curtain. Now that is a vote. You'd hear the click click click of the buttons as you voted. Voting was involved, physical, it was a real chore. Those machines were big and clunky and loud. When you got through voting you knew and felt like you did. As you pulled the lever after the vote the curtain opened like a magicians trick and tah dah, next. I think I am going to buy a rotary phone just to feel nostalgic for those good ole mechanical days.

My Libertarian friends would accuse me of waisting my vote. I voted for Romney but if I chose Obama they would have said the same. My Libertarian friends would say I chose the lesser of two evils but I don't see it. I look at the choice of a community organizer and a successful businessman who's business he started is still around and thriving. There is no lesser. Someone who has balanced budgets in business and as a governor. Remember my bean counter analogy. I would love to vote for a Libertarian candidate, however the platform does not mesh with our system of Realism especially when it comes to armed conflict. So until I have the following to start the Realist party I do not see myself voting for a third party candidate any time soon. As I look at the polling it seems Romney is going to win this so I feel a little relieved. No October surprise, but the months not over.

I'm gonna get medieval

I feel really super aggressive. I want to get into a fist fight. I want to fight Lawrence O'Donnell in an old school bare knuckle, knock down drag out. Who is the toughest liberal media person out there? I challenge them to a cage fight. No more settling things the gentlemanly way, lets duel. Imagine if we went back to the days when an insult resulted in a life or death struggle on some clearing or field. Would we have trash talk, or even say one percent of the things we say to one another nowadays?

I think we having forgotten the kids saying if you have nothing nice to say just don't say it. I don't think my duel idea would work. There are too few men left in the world who even know how to clinch a fist, let alone actually use it. The women's movement and the whole "Metrosexual" fade helped to feminise American men. Yes a study came out recently stated that our penises are getting smaller. Can't believe our testicles weren't also because we just don't fight anymore. Fighting is what we were built to do.

Politics should me a contact sport. Imagine Romney knocking Obama right in the jaw when he made that grade school comment about horses and bayonets? "You making fun of me"? As Barry holds his black eye, secret service everywhere. It's that combat tension we loved about the first debate. I bet half the guys watching were like me screaming, "fight, fight". Imposing your physical will has been something more humiliating than your verbal prowess. So what that you know the Canterbury tales in old English and can debate like Lincoln.

I knock you the f#@k out after one of you clever put downs and your IQ counts for nothing when your unconscious. I wonder if the toughest Republican could beat the toughest Democrat? Now that would be the way to decide the presidency. The whole system would be a tournament based tough man match like Bellator. Instead of debates and primaries two men in a cage, two men enter one man leaves. Ok maybe not that far. Or we can mixed it up. Five five minute rounds. First, third and last are fighting. Second and fourth are moderated debate format.

I would so watch every single match. You'd have the highest ratings ever. Candidates would have to be smart, tough, and in shape. Sorry Christie I love you but your weight cut would be brutal. Youth! We would have young candidates who are modern and flexible and more moderate instead of this crusty old men who are so brainwashed by their parties that they just can't adapt. Chael Sonnen for president! Alas it's only a dream

Let the bodies hit the floor

Somethings got to give, somethings got to give. Yes I am listening to Drowning pool while typing a political blog, and? I guess it's how I feel about this election cycle, people on the left just have to understand the madness that their philosophy is leading us to. The sheer cliff we are looking over and there is no water to maybe even cushion our demise. The road to hell is paved with good intentions. This is apropos for what the Obamanation has done in the last four years to our nation. I have spoken before about how Liberals coddle to the more base and primitive parts of our minds. I still don't think that most of them are doing it for nefarious reasons. Yet when you get to the command and control level of their parties I see conspiracies everywhere. I truly believe that there is nothing wrong with the way I believe. That Realism is the true path to freedom and success. That when as a society we leave behind our "Causes", we are better able to manage ourselves. Which then in turn makes those around us life better.

Do we have to absolutely destroy the bleeding heart to have liberty? Of course not it just has to be understood that it should be a pinch and not a pound. Are there those in our country and societies that do need our compassion and assistance? Yes. They are few and more should not be created to sustain an ideal as this current administration has done. In October 8.8 million new disability applications were filed. Unemployment continues to be high. More individuals on food stamps than ever in history. Less people per capita employed than in the 1960's. Private businesses actively owned by the government. People this is what Chavez did in Venezuela when he came into power. What other proof so you need to see that we are being turned into a dependant Socialist nation than that? What we must destroy is the WILL of the leftist but not his spirit.

This maybe a win at all cost election. There is a way of life that is in jeopardy. Hundreds of years of progress and prosperity about to take a leap of the Golden Gate bridge. I am not advocating violence like you see people on the left Twittering. I am advocating any legal or gray area activities to put an end to the takeover of the traditional American societal model. If we hold now I feel that at least for a half of a generation we will be able to bring balance back to the force. Light and darkness? Good and evil? Socialism and Capitalism? I would not say that in general liberals are evil as much as they are misguided and wrong. We have been over this. I cannot just stand by and let there errors permanently effect what is great about this nation, individualism. Though some would argue that Romney is hardly the poster boy for pure conservativism, yet he is a band aid not the stitches. After Romney the real reincarnation of Reagan will come. This I say in my best spooky gypsy voice.

Pot calling the kettle black

Give to Rolling Stone for capturing the real OG that is our president Obama. Cursing in front of his kids calling Mitt Romney a "bullshitter". I guess you can take the man out of the ghetto but you can't get the ghetto out of the man. What a shinning example of class and poise. What do I expect from a pot head, Chicago thug politician anyway? Some asked me that same question, after yesterday's posting about being surprised that no help was sent to our ambassador in Benghazi. An old military buddy of mine asked me,"are you surprised"? I had to admit that I was, and still am at the majority of what this person in the Whitehouse does. Every time I feel that this president will move to the center and start his hope and change, I guess he gets a call from Bill Ayers and goes further to the dark side of the force. Since we never vetted this person to really see if he was qualified I should not be surprised when deadly errors in judgment occur. I guess weed does make you lazy.

I am not playing holier than thou. Just come on Obama at least pretend to be classy while your being interviewed. Pretend that people look up to you. Pretend that you care what the American people think about you. Arrogance is a word that is often thrown around to describe this president. Dr. Thomas Sowell called his kind "The Anointed". This modern aristocracy believe that they have a gift the rest of society does not have, to lead. That genetically they are destined to guide, to shepherd the sheep with a near divine mandate. So understanding this about the Obama crowd I have to understand that they see us as subhuman and unable to live without their guidance and interference in every aspect of our lives. What throws me is the constant bowing Obama does to other world leaders. Is that the elitist pecking order? Is Obama at the bottom of the Socialist hierarchy and so must submit to their authority? Illuminati, Rothschild, who knows, who cares.

With all the pressure that is placed on both candidates coming into the last two weeks until the election, I feel we are seeing each one's true colors. Romney, cool, confident, calculated. Obama, insulting, mocking, ridiculing. It's like when you first start dating someone, you don't even thinking about burping or passing gas in front of them for at least the first year or two. I guess Obama has gotten used us. The president has gotten so used to us that he's just letting it rip, and all the American public will be left with is a giant smelly mess.

Obama knew.

According to leaked emails last night the president knew exactly what was happening and who was doing it. Emails show that the intelligence agencies were feeding the Whitehouse real time data with video from drones, emails, and telephone calls. There is now no question that the president and his team made up the video story and lied to the American public for seventeen days. The question is, who really cares? To me it seems an impeachable offense to allow the ambassador and his team to be attacked for seven hours without backup. I think the weariness of the American public with foreign affairs has made us numb. I have not been made numb by the constant warfare I see it as necessary and just. I see the fight for democracy on a global scale as honorable and right.

I make you all a bet. I bet not one person from the presidents cabinet is disciplined or dismissed. This will be swept under the rug until the election. Oh and the Lord forbid Obama wins. Everyone will received raises for coming up with this conspiracy.

A nation of talking points

Nothing annoys me more than having a political debate with a person using talking points. I might as well debate the floor. You can't reason with a talking point spinner. They are just metal men automatons. Maybe I would feel better if they had made up their own instead of using what was out there on the web or from some talking head. Last nights debate sparked and interesting new one that I had never heard. My adversary was Mark on Facebook. His outrage sparked when I spoke up on a post one of our mutual friend. Our friend had posted another talking point about how Bain had shipped jobs overseas and that if he becomes president there will be no more unions on and on. Knowing the type of business Bain is I just asked a simple question. I asked how does a venture capitol company ship jobs overseas? Questions are the krytonite of talking points. There were no answers to that question as much as personal attacks. That seems to be a common tactic of talking pointer, when all you know is the phrase you insult the subject.

I got the old rhetoric from my friend and Mark. Romney hates the middle class. Romney is going to protect the rich. Romney is going to take your first born child.  I was waiting my turn to ask another question when Mark posted, "Romney when he was at Bain he shipped jobs from steel companies overseas then raided the pension fund then South Carolina tax payers had to bailout the company". Huh? That was different. Being a fan of Reagan I trust but verify. I quickly typed his remarks in to Google and there was the talking point from Reuters. The story of two steel companies that were not doing well and Bain invested in them. Mark made it seem as if there was some hostile takeover and raped the company of it's assets and liquidated it. The facts were that Bain actually held up this company for almost ten years trying to make it a success and just could not. A bankruptcy was declared and the pension was sent over to the Feds to manage. Something that is quite common and happens unnoticed unless your Romney.

As I continued my quick research I found that the company had filed for bankruptcy after Romney had already left Bain. So he wasn't even involved in the decision. So when I pointed this out Mark went for how evil it was to receive dividends from Bain. My answer was simple, are we commies or what? Where the hell did all of a sudden we start hating wealth and success. Damnit Romney used his head and created something. If your so jealous of his wealth and success use your brain and invent something. Take  a course and change your career. Work more, talk less. I am a middle class guy. I am even a member of a union. I want to elevate myself out of my class, but not at the expense of the guy above me. What good does it do our nation to demonise those who inherited or acquired their riches through hard work or ingenuity? We have created a new class in the last four years thanks to Obama, the Cry Babys.
