The rest of the world

Why should we care about the success and failure of other nations? Sometimes I wish we could just shut the borders and hang a big sign on the statute of liberty that read, "Closed". It's not a fear of immigrants. It's not racism. It's not American exceptionalism. What has me tired of the rest of the world is the constant bashing by those countries around the world that don't contribute a tenth of what we do. Funny the countries that snub their noses at us have their handout year after year. What would countries do if we decided to put our tits back in our nursing bra and wean them? Oh of course then you'd hear it the other way." America is greedy and doesn't care for the needy",these Amerihater would say. I think they would blow themselves up to kill us no matter what we do, right?

Damn it, we can't just shut the door. How is Tammy Trailer going to get her plastic matching dolphin bath mat and toilet seat cover at Wally world? We don't work for cheap here in the states so prices would skyrocket if we close China off. Freak me, I forgot if we shut the doors then Billy Bob can't get his Tequila to kill those last remaining brain cells. We hardly produce anything in this country anymore. We teach our children that professional sports and reality TV is how you make your way in this world. Who cares about sweat equity anymore? Who cares about calloused hands from a days labor? We have made ourselves soft in the last forty years by exporting what we depend on. If we had to create what we need here, I guarantee there would not be 8.2% unemployment.

Bring US businesses home! Let other countries fend for themselves awhile. We need to close shop for a little to give our children and the population some on the job training. Oh and we have inventory to take. We are going to figure out exactly where all our backbones and businesses went to and put them back where they belong, here. So sorry India, Pakistan, China, Korea, Taiwan, Vietnam, and on and on. Mommy's breast hurt your old enough to start eating some grown up food. So put your big girl panties on and support yourselves . Oh and don't go into mommy's purse she's broke.
